Right, to start I should note that I don’t blog about my private life regarding dating, etc…. but I heard about this last week but at that time I found that the eBay listing had been deleted so I thought it all went away but now I see that it’s back…

While I personally haven’t found that *right* man yet ~ you know, the forever & ever man ~ but the idea of placing an advertisement on the Internet is just on the edge of “crazy woman” behavior. Internet dating is one thing, but to sell her home with her “heart” attached is just a bit wacko…. Granted I don’t even own a home to contemplate a copy cat selling to try to hook a man but really is all this necessary???

I don’t mean to be a betch…. Maybe it’s that none of her friends have had the heart to tell her that maybe she’s just not marketable with or without the house to sell and that’s why she’s at her wit’s end?

Who am I to judge (basically being single and all) but this is just too over the top for me. If I was a man I think I’d be a bit scared that I’d be buying a one way ticket to crazy town.

Mother Theresa : The Next Reality Show

Has Paris Hilton given up her search for a new BFF and turned a new leaf?

This week Paris made a very generous donation for the construction of a medical building at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles. (it must have been extremely generous because they are not specifying the amount)

Said Ms Hilton of her donation:
"The children I have met through my involvement with Children's Hospital have truly touched my heart, I am proud to make a donation and lend my name to the fundraising effort to help children who are facing terribly serious illnesses."

So will she be the next Mother Theresa?

Um I don't think so.... go back to finding a new BBF girl!

"Melrose Place" BBQ

To celebrate surviving the hot, out of the ordinary for the Bay Area hot, weather Sunday was to be a BBQ afternoon. Though 2 couldn't make the gathering Jules and I still got our BBQ on anyway.

Jule's has the only amazingly clean BBQ in the world.

The weather was nice, still a bit too warm for me but I stayed in the shade as much as possible to avoid direct sunlight.

We had a nice time just hanging out, grilling up burgers and dogs. I got a bit fancy with my burger and stuffed it with herb goat cheese (YUM!). We even avoided a conversation with Creepy Pat ~ so I have to say that that was quite a success!
